Poz Article

It is a little belated but ESPN The Magazine had a sweet article, written by Scott Frampton, about Poz and his rehab/preparation for the upcoming season. Here are a few of the best cuts:

Talking about starting rehab after the Orange Bowl:
When we got on the bus after the game,' says assistant strength coal Jeremy Scott, "he looked right at me and said, "I want to lift as soon as we get back".

Poz had his own workout regime this summer because he wasn't working out with the team for certain drills:
"...focusing on specific exercises to increase his speed. "He looks like a beast," says Vanderlinden, "and now he's a half step faster."

Awesome. Poz has apparently not only gotten faster but he has also put on about ten pounds of muscle during the summer.

Talking about the ND game:
And it's nothing personal if, in his second game, Posluszny knocks the gold dust off of Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn's fairy tale. "Like with any great quarterback, I'd love to get a piece of him,"

Closing the article:
Even under the watchful eyes of Touchdown Jesus, that means hell will be paid.

Its just so sweet I passed out after I read it.
