Definitely. Jeremy Boone takes an extra step before he kicks. Watch about half way through the video. He's a left footed kicker, so his first step should be with his left foot. He's stepping off with his right. So instead of left-right-kick, he's going right-left-right-kick. He better fix that or teams are going to be rushing every single punt. This is why we need a special teams coach.
