A (generally) good week for PSU

The last 7-10 days have been quite the roller coaster for Penn State fans. The news has gone from 6 players facing felony charges and possible jail time to two PSU players are headed for trial on felony charges. This ids definitely not a proud day for Penn State fans but it certainly is good news. The whole assault issue has prompted people to say that Joepa's "grand experiment" had failed. If you consider over forty years of SUCCESS WITH HONOR, only to be marred by this incident, a failure then OK. To top it off, it was announced, again, that Joepa will be inducted into the hall of fame on December 4, 2007 (previously rescheduled from last year due to Joe's leg injury).

He walks among us, and he is AWESOME!
While this is good news not everything could be bubble-gum and sunshine for PSU (as if the last 6 weeks have been a walk in the park). It was announced Elijah Robinson's career is, sadly, at an end.

A neck injury led Doctors to discover that Robinson suffered from "Tight Spinal Canal". This means that another blow to his head could result in paralysis, ergo football career is over. I hope Elijah has a speedy of recovery and that he has nothing but good luck in the future.

GO STATE! SOLDIER ON!

* Sorry for the lack of posting, real work creeps in from time to time.
