Pennsylvania passed a law removing price restrictions from the online sale of even tickets....basically you can scalp tickets online. However, you have to live up to three very strict and incredibly enforceable demands:it requires that ticket resellers must maintain a physical presence in Pennsylvania and guarantee a full refund if the event is cancelled, if the ticket is counterfeit or does not match its description.Not any more, bastards!
I don't really think this is going to have any affect on ticket prices online. People who wanted to sell their tickets for a high price always did before but now they can do so without being worried about the man!
