Just because the man thinks he is going to pursue criminal charges does not mean the accused is automatically guilty and to abandon all hope. Justin King's Attorney,

Ron McGlaughlin (artistically rendered as Harvey Birdman), is looking to get the charges against King and Hayes should be dismissed.
King's story has apparently always been that he was only there to break up the fight. I think this will go a long way at the preliminary hearing or, if it goes that far, at trial. If Mr. McGlaughlin can get the charges against King dismissed this would greatly improve the situation for the defensive secondary. GO GET 'EM RON! VIVA DUE PROCESS!
