More Fulmer Cup Points = Trouble

FOS is reporting that Dan Lawlor (projected right behind Matt Hahn at FB) was arrested for a DUI back in late April. This may have happened a month ago but it comes right on the heels of indictments which is never good.
Could this push us back into the lead for the Fulmer cup?(check out the standings...so sad) Sadly, it might.
Apparently his blow was 0.126, the legal limit being 0.08 after making an

"illegal right-hand turn from West Beaver Avenue to South Allen Street."

I think this will just plead out. He will get hit with a misdemeanor conviction, Paterno will suspend him for a game, and who knows what the Judicial affairs office will do.
