Rivals.com Preview

The Rivals.com PSU preview is out which RUTS noted earlier, but I point out another couple items. First of all, I agree whole-heartedly with RUTS' feelings about Evan "Rolls" Royster. In limited time last year, he was fantastic. I think the comparison with Hart is pretty spot on, especially if you add a little of Tony Hunt (who was incredibly underrated) and his ability to just churn out yards.

Also, I like what Rivals has to say at about Big Mo' Evans. #48 is an absolute force to be reckoned with and is poised to have an outstanding season.

Junior end Maurice Evans emerged as a pass-rusher deluxe last season, earning first-team All-Big Ten accolades. He had 12.5 sacks, 21.5 tackles for loss and 54 tackles. He also had 55-yard fumble return for a touchdown...[He] heads into the season as one the nation's best at his position.

Last year, people didn't know about Big Mo, but this year O-Lines are going to have to scheme for him which should open up some lanes for the other 7 amazing d-linemen we have including Josh Gaines, Aaron Maybin and Jared Odrick.

Furthermore, I agree that our O has the kind of talent this year to put up the same kind of numbers that we did in 2005. While Clark has not yet demonstrated his ability to throw as well as M-Rob, it is clear that he has the necessary character and determination to put a team on his back and win the game.

Question: Does Deon Butler ever do anything besides make awesome diving catches in the end zone?
Answer: No.

Also, I can't confirm it, but I am 87.6% certain that the girl in the long-sleeved white shirt in the back right is experiencing a Badger-trouncing (looks grosser on the screen than it sounded in my head) orgasm of awesomeness thanks to DB.
