PSU Up to 16th In AP Poll

PSU finds themselves ranked 15th in the nation through three weeks of
college football. I wouldn't expect to see much more movement until
conference play begins.

Tough week for the Big 10 as Tosu takes a loss and Illinois has a
tight game against Louisiana Lafeyette.

More insight to come later.
