Scirrotto Gonna Cook You Some Soup, Bitch!

I completely missed this earlier in the week, however, The Collegian has a recipe for Toscana Soup up which it attributes to Tony Scirrotto. Check it out:

First, I would not have pictured Tony "street fighting" Scirrotto as the type of man who would serve you up some soup. Second, I'm startled Joepa didn't seize on the Opportunity to promote some Milano!

Now, if they had a recipe for Posluszny's Perogies I would be eating them right now!
