Nut Ripper to Trial!!!!!!!!!!

This isn't PSU related but I couldn't let it go.

I don't know if you remember but... A couple of months ago an Oklahoma fan allegedly attacked a Texas fan for doing nothing more than wearing a Texas T-shirt into a bar. This enraged the OU fan so what happened next? Find all this here.
"I turned around and he grabbed a hold of my testicles," Thomas said.
Yikes!
"I saw a tear and an exposed testicle," Thomas (victim) said. "I panicked."
No fucking shit.

The OU fan, however, has decided to take this case to trial.
This is because:Beckett's attorney said that Thomas was the aggressor and that his client defended himself only after the younger, bigger man went up to the bar to confront him.
Now THAT is a trial I would like to sit in on.

Charges in Ohio St. Fan Attack

WJACTV is reporting that State College police have IDd the individual throwing the cans of beer and that charges will be filed. Apparently, these charges will be "at least" harassment charges. Clearly, the attack could also warrant much more serious charges of Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, etc.

I hope you all get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Players Involed in HUB Brawl

Ok, this is kind of complicated and I'll try to go through it as best I can.

The CDT is reporting on a fight in the Hetzel Union Building (HUB) which started at around 1.48 Am and involved as many as 10 people.

In yet another CDT report Paterno had this to say about the image of PSU football:
"I don't think there's anything wrong with the image of the program."

Joe, there isn't a problem with the image of PSU football but if all of these reports are even partially true there is an ACTUAL problem with PSU football. These ridiculous antics need to stop!

Further in Joes presser Jeff Rice (a blogger for the CDT) is reporting that Joe then broke this news for us:
"I've been alerted there might have been a couple football players involved in a fight, to what extent, to what degree, I'm not sure yet."
As for the fallout of this, Laschout.com is reporting that we should be expecting Indefinite suspensions.

Not good. Not good at all.
