Wait a sec...South Bend is dull? I've been to State College on several occasions, blinked and missed it. Ahh delusional state school kids...
I've been to South Bend and ND and the most exciting thing to do in South Bend is to go to church! State College is one of the best places for college sports and won the title of Best Tailgating in the US last year. I guess paying to much for a private education melts your brain.
