2008 White Out T-Shirt

I was curious, as a rampant consumer of all products with a Penn State logo on it, about what the official 2008 White-Out T-shirts look like. Google, of course, gave me my answer quickly and effectively. This is what they look like, first, the front:

Now the back:Both images can be found at the following link, ironically, you can also buy the t-shirt itself at this site.

To be honest, I wasn't wild about the design at first. However, if you look really closely at the Lion on the front you can see it is composed of overlaid sayings promoting PSU's excellence. This kind of over the top rhetoric is really what I'm all about. If you look you can see a "for the glory", "Honor", and "Happy Valley". This is just great.

The back is fine. Nothing to great. If I were responsible I would've had a silhouette of Joe but with the shadow reading: Legend. That would've been fucking great.

Anyway, get yours soon! The Season approaches!

What PSU Football Is All About

This video sums up very nicely why people love Penn State football, tradition.

Also, please note that Ohio State fans were being served right along with Penn State fans. That's the spirit that makes Happy Valley a great place to visit and a great place for football.

Pryor Visits PSU

Tyrrelle Pryor will be in State College this weekend. More specifically, he will be there to play in the PIAA AA Boys Championship game at the BJC. (HT: Gumbercules at BSD)

Whether this is an official visit or just an un-official visit it is still a great opportunity for TP to check out the campus and some of the facilities. However, TP won't get much of a taste of what PSU is like as all the students are off on spring break. For me, there is nothing better than State College on a crisp fall Saturday but, I guess a Saturday in March will have to do.

Lets also hope that Bradley and Joepa can grab TP and show him some of what PSU has to offer. I'm thinking a stroll through Holuba hall, standing at the 50 yd line of Beaver Stadium, Looking out of the Tunnel and taking in the 107,000+ seats. Maybe let him take a look at the newly available #1 jersey in the Blue & White. That would really get to me. This could be your jersey, the greatest jersey in all of sports!
If you are in the central PA region, I urge you to make your "PSU LOVES TP" sign, get your ticket to the game, and get the kid fired up for PSU!

I AM FIRED UP!
